19 March 2014: Lord Harris of Haringey moved that this House takes note of the Report of the Olympic and Paralympic Legacy Committee. during the debate.... Lord Faulkner of Worcester : My Lords, in common with every other speaker in this debate, I express my appreciation to my noble friend Lord Harris of Haringey not only for securing the debate but for the brilliant way in which he led the Select Committee.
